J.R. Majewski recalls moment he killed Bin Laden

WASHINGTON — Republican Congressional candidate J.R. Majewski has finally opened up about the night he killed the former leader of Al Qaeda and watched him take his last breath.
In an exclusive interview with Duffel Blog, the Air Force veteran and current candidate for an Ohio congressional seat detailed how he became single-handedly responsible for killing Osama bin Laden, the world’s most wanted man, during what he insisted on referring to as “just another day in the life of a combat veteran.”
“I remember it fondly, the night I, and I alone, got Bin Laden on a classified mission,” Majewski said. “I did a HALO jump in after the other team members’ helicopter crashed, and as I was barrel rolling over to the wall to take cover, I told the guys — this sumbitch is mine.”
That’s when Majewski, who separated from the Air Force as an E2, took over.
“After the team guys failed to breach the door with a charge, I rose up and scissor kicked it open then barrel rolled inside the compound. I climbed the stairs alone and with the stealth of James Bond, made my way up to his [Bin Laden’s] room,” he added.
“I could hear whispers outside the bedroom because my ears are better than a robot’s. That’s when I quickly washed the blood off my face from my last firefight, barrel-rolled into the room, and shot that sumbitch right in the head. 47 times to be exact.”
When asked why he decided to shoot Bin Laden so many times, Majewski didn’t hesitate.
“That’s what you do when you’re in combat, you eliminate the enemy. When you’re a team guy, you don’t ask questions or think in that moment ‘is this the right thing to do?’ when your entire life is nonstop gun-wielding military action,” he said. “It’s called the Gallagher method, look it up.”
Majewski has revealed a lot in the past few weeks about his military service, and the stunning news that he was actually the one to kill Bin Laden is one of “many” stories he hopes to share in the final weeks of his campaign.
“The people of Ohio want a hardcore leader, and they deserve to know how hardcore I am,” he said.
Despite his impeccable and unfabricated military service record, Majewski remains deadlocked with his political opponent Marcy Kaptur for Ohio’s 9th Congressional District, with RealClearPolitics currently labeling the race as a “toss-up.”
The veteran airman says he will use the coming weeks to ensure the people of Ohio know exactly “who he is and what he stands for.”
“Certainly the loony left and the liberal media elite have their own values as they continue to attack me, but so do Ohioans — it’s a little something called integrity,” Majewski said. “And I take that very seriously, which is why I will continue to uphold the values of my military service. It’s time to bring integrity, honor, and trust in our elected leaders back to the state of Ohio.”
When pressed further on his actual plans for Ohio’s 9th District as it relates to the economy, immigration, or rising crime rate, Majewski was less forthcoming.
“That’s classified,” he said before barrel rolling out of the room.
